くつをくつ箱にお入れください。
館内の利用料金はすべて「くつ箱のカギ」に記録され、お帰りの際に一括精算となります。
※3才以上のお客様は、お一人ずつ「くつ箱のカギ」が必要です。

①画面の指示に従い、利用するコースを選んでください。
②一般の方：中央の青いボタン「一般の方はこちら」を押す。
　会員の方：会員カードをかざしてください。
③「くつ箱のカギの丸い部分」を入館受付機にかざしてください。

入館受付機から発行された入館証明書をお取りください。
フロントでの受付なく入館頂けますので、入館ゲートにお進みください。

入館ゲートに「くつ箱のカギ」をかざして、お通り下さい。
旅行カバンなど大きな荷物はフロントにてお預かりいたします。

専用着貸出カウンターで専用着とタオルをお受け取り下さい。

浴場、岩盤浴は5Fになります。階段またはエレベーターをご利用ください。
※レストランやカフェりらくゼーションのご精算はすべてくつ箱のカギが必要になります。

専用着貸出カウンター前の返却ボックスに専用着とタオルをご返却ください。
※専用着ポケットにお忘れ物がないかご確認ください。

「くつ箱のカギ」をかざして、画面の指示通りに操作してください。
現金だけでなくクレジットカードのお支払いも可能です。

ご精算終了後に、清算レシートと「退館用バーコード」の2種類が発行されます。
退館用バーコードを必ずお取りになり、退館ゲートへお進みください。

「退館用バーコード」をかざしてご退館ください。

「くつ箱のカギ」をくつ箱に戻し、靴を取り出してください。
退館の流れは以上になります。
またのご来館お待ちしております。

Please put your shoes in the shoebox.
All charges for the facility will be recorded on the Shoe Box Key and settled at once when you leave.
※Each guest aged 3 and older is required to have a Shoe Box Key.

(1) Follow the instructions on the screen and select the course you’d like to use.
(2) For general visitors: Press the central blue button labeled「一般の方はこちら」(For general users,click here.)
　For members: Please tap your membership card on the machine.
(3) Tap the “round part of the Shoe Box Key” on the self-service check-in machine.

Please take the entry voucher issued from the self-service check-in machine.
You can proceed to the entrance gate without going to the front desk.

Please tap the Shoe Box Key on the entrance gate and proceed.
Large luggage such as travel bags can be left at the front desk.

Please pick up your special clothes and towel at the special clothes rental counter.

The spa facilities and bedrock bath are located on the 5th floor. Please use the stairs or elevator.
※The Shoe Box Key is required for settlement of all expenses at the restaurant and Cafe.

Please return your special clothes and towel to the return box in front of the special clothes rental counter.
※Please make sure that you have not forgotten any items in the pockets of the special clothes.

Please tap the Shoe Box Key and follow the on-screen instructions.
Payment can be made with both cash and credit cards.

After you have paid your bill, two documents will be issued: the settlement receipt and the Departure Ticket, a paper similar to the receipt with barcode.
Please be sure to take your Departure Ticket before proceeding to the exit gate.

Please tap the Departure Ticket to complete your exit.

Please return the Shoe Box Key to the shoe box and retrieve your shoes.
This is the end of the procedure for leaving the building.

※每位 3 岁及以上的客人都需要一把 “鞋盒钥匙。

① 按照屏幕上的指示，选择要使用的课程。
② 对于一般访客：请按中央的蓝色按钮“一般の方はこちら”。
　对于会员：请刷会员卡。
③ 请将“鞋盒钥匙的圆形部分”放在入馆登记机上。

您可以从入馆登记机领取发放的入场证明书。
无需在前台接待处办理入场手续，请直接前往入场门。

请在入场门处刷取 ‘鞋盒钥匙’，然后您可以通过。
旅行包和其他大件行李可在前台托运。

请到专用服装租赁柜台领取专用服装和毛巾。

浴场、岩盘浴位于5楼。请使用楼梯或电梯。
※ 餐厅和咖啡馆的结账需使用 ‘鞋盒钥匙’。

请将专用服装和毛巾放入专用服装租赁柜台前的归还箱。
※ 请确认专用服装口袋中没有遗留物品。

请刷取 “鞋盒钥匙”，并按照屏幕上的指示进行操作。
不仅可以使用现金，也可以使用信用卡支付。

结账完成后，将会发放两种文件，分别是清算收据和 “退馆用条码”。
请务必取走 “退馆用条码”，然后前往退馆门。

请刷取 “退馆用条码” 后进行退馆。

请将 “鞋盒钥匙” 放回鞋盒中，并取出您的鞋子。
