The Flow of Admission

Attach the Shoe Box Key to your wrist.

Please put your shoes in the shoebox.
All charges for the facility will be recorded on the Shoe Box Key and settled at once when you leave.
※Each guest aged 3 and older is required to have a Shoe Box Key .
Check in at the self-service check-in machine.

(1) Follow the instructions on the screen and select the course you'd like to use.
(2) For general visitors: Press the central blue button labeled「一般の方はこちら」(For general users,click here.)
　For members: Please tap your membership card on the machine.
(3) Tap the "round part of the Shoe Box Key" on the self-service check-in machine.
Get your entry voucher from the self-service check-in machine.

Please take the entry voucher issued from the self-service check-in machine.
You can proceed to the entrance gate without going to the front desk.
Entrance Gate

Please tap the Shoe Box Key on the entrance gate and proceed.
Large luggage such as travel bags can be left at the front desk.
Special Clothes Rental Counter

Please pick up your special clothes and towel at the special clothes rental counter.
Please enjoy a leisurely time inside the facility.

The spa facilities and bedrock bath are located on the 5th floor. Please use the stairs or elevator.
※The Shoe Box Key is required for settlement of all expenses at the restaurant and Cafe.

Return the special clothes

Please return your special clothes and towel to the return box in front of the special clothes rental counter.
※Please make sure that you have not forgotten any items in the pockets of the special clothes.
Settle your bill at the self-service payment machine.

Please tap the Shoe Box Key and follow the on-screen instructions.
Payment can be made with both cash and credit cards.
Please take the "Departure Ticket".

After you have paid your bill, two documents will be issued: the settlement receipt and the Departure Ticket, a paper similar to the receipt with barcode.
Please be sure to take your Departure Ticket before proceeding to the exit gate.
Exit Gate

Please tap the Departure Ticket to complete your exit.
Leaving the Facility

Please return the Shoe Box Key to the shoe box and retrieve your shoes.
This is the end of the procedure for leaving the building.
